📅 Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

✅ Conditions for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In its original condition with all tags attached
• In the original packaging

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on sale or with a discount (final sale)
• Customized or altered products
• Items without original tags or packaging

🔄 How to Request a Return/Exchange

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 325 2550266 with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll guide you through the pickup/drop-off process
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll confirm your exchange or refund

📦 Unboxing Video Requirement

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we require an unedited unboxing video as proof in case of damaged, incorrect, or missing items. Claims without an unboxing video may not be processed.

💰 Refunds

• Refunds are processed as store credit or bank transfer, based on your preference
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

🔁 Exchanges

We offer free size/color exchanges (subject to availability) within the return window, provided the item meets the conditions above.
